How the connection works

What Rankdesk does inside Webflow

Push based into a Webflow CMS collection through the Data API v2.

What you need first

  • A site plan with CMS, plus a CMS collection for posts
  • A Webflow API token with CMS write access
  • Fields for title, slug, rich text body and main image

Good to know

  • Webflow CMS item limits apply per plan, so high volume sites need a higher tier.
  • Items are published live through the API, but a manual site publish is still needed after structural design changes.
