Setup in three steps
- 1Create an internal integration in Notion
- 2Share your database with it and paste the secret
- 3Pick the database and an optional status value
What you get
- Real Notion blocks, not pasted text
- Cover image and SEO properties filled

Workflow

Choose auto publish and articles go live on the schedule you set. Choose review first and nothing moves until a team member signs off.

How the connection works
What Rankdesk does inside Notion
Push based into a Notion database through a Notion internal integration.
What you need first
- A Notion database for articles
- An internal integration token, shared with that database
- Properties for title, status and publish date
Good to know
- Notion is a workspace, not a website, so pages are only public if you publish them or pull them into a site builder.
- Very long articles are written in batches because of Notion's block limit per request.
